Custom prompts, routing logic, integrations, or operator procedures are priced and approved in writing before the project starts.
Access and onboarding are delivered electronically. If provisioning cannot be completed within 5 business days, contact support to request a remedy or eligible refund.
Cancel any time before the next billing date by email or the Support page. Access continues through the already-paid term and future renewals stop.
